Quality system according to ISO 9001
The main historical activity being the automobile sector, our quality system has been shaped by the quality rigor of our customers.
It was in 2008 that we established our first step towards ISO 9001 qualification.
Our quality manual is available on request.
The adoption of a quality system is a strategic decision on our part. The design and implementation of this quality manual were influenced by the small size of the company, the specific objectives to be achieved and the processes implemented.
In addition, faced with competition in a cross-border market and customer demand in increasingly demanding markets, this quality system has become essential.
This manual is intended to be a concrete summary of my approach to manufacturing satisfactory parts for my customers.
